Dear princess Ashleigh, you were taken from us so soon,
dear princess Ashleigh, you are soaring to the moon,
dear princess Ashleigh, you are sorely missed,
dear princess Ashleigh, Mummy heard you calling, in the mist.

Dear princess Ashleigh, we miss your laugh and smile,
dear princess Ashleigh, we love you all the while,
dear princess Ashleigh, your hug was so warm and tight,
dear princess Ashleigh, you poor little mite.

Dear princess Ashleigh, you were Mummy's best friend,
dear princess Ashleigh, you will be 'til the end,
dear princess Ashleigh, you're a star, shining so bright,
dear princess Ashleigh, you brighten up the darkest night.

Dear princess Ashleigh, your picture's pride of place,
dear princess Ashleigh, your beautiful, smiling face,

An Angel xxx

An Angel kissed my tears away today
when I was sad.
I wasn't feeling quite myself
my day had been so bad.
I felt a warmth brush by me
that quickly dried my tears.
A gentle, kind, and loving touch
that seemed to hold me near.
Immediately, I felt so much better
and the day seemed brighter too.
